Refund policy
Because our business operates on a custom print-on-demand model, every item is uniquely produced only after an order is placed. Due to the nature of this fulfillment process, our return and exchange rules differ from traditional retail stores.
1. Sizing Issues & Buyer's Remorse We do not hold inventory, meaning we cannot process returns or exchanges if you order the incorrect size, choose the wrong color, or simply change your mind.

All sales are final regarding sizing and color choices. * We highly encourage you to review the detailed Size Chart provided on every product page before completing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We take quality seriously. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or if the wrong item was delivered, we will gladly replace it at no absolute cost to you.
To claim a free replacement, you must strictly follow these steps:

Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Required Proof: You must provide a clear Unboxing Video showing the sealed package being opened, alongside clear photographs of the defect or damage. (This is a strict requirement from our manufacturing facility to process the replacement).

Process: Email the unboxing video, photos, and your Order ID to theapexeveryday@gmail.com. Once verified, a replacement will be printed and shipped to you immediately. We do not offer cash refunds for defective items, only exact replacements.
3. Order Cancellations Since orders are automatically routed to our printing facility to ensure fast delivery, cancellations can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the printing process has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
